Heartfelt congratulations to the people of the Republic of South Sudan!!!!!
Yet even as we celebrate South Sudan's independence, Khartoum's  forces are attacking civilians in South Kordofan and blockading critical delivery of food, water and medical supplies to those under siege and those who have fled their homes.
