World Food Program is running out of money. Millions at risk

Many thousands of people are starving to death here. In northern Kenya, 3-5 million are affected. Crops have failed for 4 planting seasons, livestock starved to death, food stocks at zero -and people here don't have cash so they have no way to sustain themselves.
